My story
I'm Emanuele Vacca - a professional translator with a deep-rooted passion for language, learning, and making complex ideas clear. Based in Rome, Italy, I work with clients across Europe and beyond to translate financial and legal content from English into Italian.
My journey into translation wasn't accidental. It was the result of years of study and a genuine fascination with how language shapes meaning, especially in fields as nuanced as finance and law. I started out studying philosophy, where I learned the importance of clarity and precision. From there, I moved into specialised translation as it was the perfect confluence of my passions: languages, writing, and studying topics I am fascinated by, such as law and finance.
I decided to launch my freelance business because working independently allows me to dedicate the time and attention each project deserves, and to keep learning with every assignment.
Whether I'm translating a set of fund documents or reviewing legal contracts, I bring the same dedication to accuracy, fluency, and reliability. I love what I do, and I take pride in being someone my clients can count on.
